Washington Post’s Chris Richards meets Island Records’ Chris Blackwell

by Chris Murray on December 10, 2010

Today’s Washington Post has a terrific story and interview by Chris Richards with Chris Blackwell. Blackwell is signing Keep on Running: The Story of Island Records at Govinda Gallery tonight. Chris Salewicz is the editor of Keep on Running, and Chris Murray is the Director of Govinda Gallery. That’s four Chris’s… it must be Christmas! Here is a link to the Washington Post story along with a beautiful photo by David Burnett of Bob Marley’s hands.

  1. Gail says:

A night of dancing to Chuck Brown at the 9:30 Club is nonstop funkiness. I like Washington placed between Jamaica and Lagos!
